Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company.

You confirm that You are at least 13 years old. If You are under 18, You confirm that You have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Payments may be processed through Apple In-App Purchases or third-party payment providers such as Stripe. All billing and subscription management are handled by the respective provider in accordance with their terms.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the platform used to subscribe.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment provider and applicable laws.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The Service provides general fitness, exercise, and training information for educational purposes only.

The Service is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise program, especially if You have pre-existing health conditions.

Use of the Service is at Your own risk. The Company is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the Service.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Share false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount You paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet Your expectations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
